Section 15(5) in The West Bengal Law Clerks Act, 1997
(5)Every application of a law clerk for renewal of licence shall be supported by the following documents:-(i)a treasury challan showing deposit of renewal fee of fifty rupees;(ii)a certificate from an advocate to whom he is attached or engaged.
