ORDER (ORAL)

By Mr. V. Ajay Kumar, Member (J) Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

2. The applicant, who is working as Inspector, filed the present O.A., seeking the following relief:

(a) Direct the respondents to extend the benefit of judgment dated 06.03.2013 passed by Honble Delhi High Court in W.P. (C) No.5203/2012 to the Applicant with all consequential benefits (viz. seniority, promotions etc.) or In the alternative Direct the respondents to decide the representation preferred by the applicant, wherein he sought the benefit of judgment dated 06.03.2013 passed by Honble Delhi High Court in W.P. (C) No.5203/2012 with all consequential benefits (viz. seniority, promotions etc.), by reasoned and speaking order within a time bound manner. And
(b) Award cost in favour of the Applicant and against the respondents. And/or
(c) Pass any further order, which this Honble Tribunal deem fit, just equitable in the facts and circumstances of the case.

3. It is submitted that the applicant made number of representations to the respondents vide Annexure-1 (Colly.) ventilating his grievances. However, the respondents have not passed any orders thereon till date.

4. In the circumstances, the O.A. is disposed of at the admission stage, without going into the other merits of the case, by directing the respondents to consider the representations of the applicant (Annexure-1 Colly.) and to pass appropriate speaking and reasoned orders thereon, in accordance with law, within 90 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
