(3)The Cell shall also look after the interest of persons belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Vimukta Jatis and Nomadic Tribes residing within the area of the Committee and protect and further their interests and ensure that the benefit of the legal aid programme reaches them.
