18. Responsibility of the Office-in-charge.
- The Officer-in-charge shall be generally responsible for the proper conduct of the Mela and, subject to his superintendence and control. It shall be the duty of all the officers and servants working in connection therewith to perform the duties and exercise the powers which may from time to time be entrusted to or conferred upon them.
