Section 15(1) in Industrial Disputes (Appellate Tribunal) Act, 1950
(1)The decision of the Appellate Tribunal shall be enforceable on the expiry of thirty days from the date of its pronouncement :Provided that where the appropriate Government is of opinion that it would be inexpedient on public grounds to give effect to the whole or any part of the decision, the appropriate Government may, before the expiry of the said period of thirty days, by order in the Official Gazette, either reject the decision or modify it.
