Section 35 in University of Petroleum and Energy Studies Act, 2003
35. Provident fund and pension.
- The University shall constitute for the benefit of its employees such provident or pension fund and provided such insurance scheme as it may deem fit in such manner and subject to such condition as may be prescribed.
