Section 65(1) in The Chhattisgarh Non-Government Colleges and Institutions in Higher Education (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2006
(1)The Government may sanction grant upto Rs. 5 lacs as the maximum limit subject to the condition that not more than Rs. 2 lacs shall be sanctioned for any single item.
