25. Assessors.
- Where assessors are appointed to advice a Tribunal under sub-section (4) of section 7A or by the Court, Labour Court or Tribunal under sub-section (5) of section 11, the Court, Labour Court, or Tribunal, as the case may be, shall, in relation to the proceedings before it, obtain the advice of such assessors, but such advice shall not be binding on it.
