Section 4(1) in Tamil Nadu Pachaiyappa's Trust and of The Public Trust and Endowments Specified in Schedule (Taking Over of Management) Act, 1981
(1)Notwithstanding anything contained in any other Act or in the Pachaiyappa's Trust scheme, every person who, on the date of the commencement of this Act, is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Pachaiyappa's Trust shall cease to hold office as member of such Board.
