Section 5(1) in Arunachal Pradesh Land and Ecological Sites (Protection and Management) Act, 2018
(1)The Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, with effect from the date specified therein constitute a District Advisory Committee in each district and one Sub-Committee in each Administrative Headquarter or potential growth centre.
