Section 11 in Punjab Boiler Attendants Rules, 1961
11. Term of office of members
- The term of office of each of the members other than the ex-officio member of the Board shall be three years. If a members leaves the State of Punjab permanently or absents himself from three consecutive meetings of the Board he shall be deemed to have vacated his seat on the Board and another person may be appointed in his place for the unexpired period of his term.
