236. Power to dispose of permanently closed roads.
- When a public road is permanently closed under Section 235, the [Municipality] [Substituted vide Orissa Act No. 11 of 1994 w.e.f. 31.5.1994.] may, with the sanction of the State Government, dispose of the site or of so much thereof as is no longer required, by public auction, in such manner as may be approved by the State Government.
