Section 28(1) in The Orissa Land Reforms Act, 1960
(1)While deciding matters under Section 27 the Revenue Officer shall further determine the compensation in respect of the non-resumable lands payable in the prescribed manner by the tenant which shall be determined in accordance with the following subsections.
