Section 11(1)(b) in Andhra Pradesh Distillery (Manufacture of Indian made Foreign Liquor other than Beer and Wine) Rules, 2006

(b)The licensee keeps a security deposit of an amount equal to 15% (Fifteen percent) of the annual licence fee of the Manufactory in the shape of Fixed Deposit Receipt or Bank Guarantee issued by any scheduled Bank situated in Andhra Pradesh in the name of the Commissioner.
