Section 13 in The Orissa Subordinate Statistics and Economics Service Rules, 1994
13. Confirmation.
- A person appointed to a post in the Service on successful completion of the probation and subject to availability of substantive vacancy, be confirmed in the post if he is considered suitable in all respect.
