The complainant filed the RTI application seeking information on the rules of various legislations, as well as the procedure of obtaining degrees from two universities simultaneously, and applying for a post graduate degree from abroad etc. CPIO provided incomplete and unsatisfactory information to the appellant. The complainant has filed a complaint before the Commission.

3. The appellant has sought 14 questions regarding obtaining degrees from two universities simultaneously; however the RTI request is not specific, hence, closed.
