Section 3(1) in The Shri Jagannath Temple Rules, 1960
(1)The members of the Committee other than the Administrator shall, for the purposes of attending to the business of the Committee, be entitled to daily allowance at the rate of [twenty rupees] [Substituted vide Notification No. 8177/1.7.1995.] a day for each day on which such business is carried on.
