Section 19(1) in United Provinces Nurses, Midwives, Assistant Midwives Auxiliary Nurse-Midwives and Health Visitors Registration Act, 1934
(1)Every Registrar of Deaths who receives notice of the death of any person whose name' he knows to be entered in one of the registers of nurses, midwives, assistant midwives, [auxiliary nurse-midwives and health visitors] [Substituted by section 9 and section 10 of U.P. Act No. 14 of 1960.] shall forthwith transmit by post to the Registrar a certificate of such death signed by him and stating particulars of the time and place of death.
