ORAL ORDER
In Crl.P.No.438/2025, petitioners have sought for the following relief:-
"WHEREFORE, the above named petitioners humbly prays before this Hon'ble court may be pleased to quash the charge sheet registered by the Srirangapatna P.S., in Crime No. 205/2023 and C.C. No. 206/2024, for the offence under -5- NC: 2025:KHC:22399 CRL.P No. 438 of 2025 C/W CRL.P No. 1310 of 2024 HC-KAR Section 504, 323, 324, 354(B), 506, 448, 427, 34 OF Indian Penal Code. CJ (Sr.Dvn) & JMFC Court, Pandavapura, Mandya in interest of justice and equity."
In Crl.P.No.1310/2024, petitioners have sought for the following reliefs:-
" (a) Quash the FIR as against the petitioners filed by the respondent No.1, Srirangapatna Rural Police Station, upon the complaint of Respondent No.2 in Cr No.234/2023 pending on the file of CJ (Sr.Dn) & JMFC Court, Pandavapura, Mandya for the offences punishable Under Sections 143, 504,448,323,324,114,354(b),506,149,of IPC in the interest of Justice and equity.
(b) Pass such further or other suitable order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice."
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned HCGP for 1st respondent and learned counsel for 2nd respondent and perused the material on record.
3. A perusal of the material on record will indicate that both the petitions relate to the compliant and counter complaint filed by the petitioners and respondents - complainants against each other. -6-

Petitioners in Crl.P.No.438/2025 are the accused in C.C.No.206/2024 arising out FIR in Crime No.205/2023, pending before the Civil Judge (Sr.Dn) & JMFC, Pandavapura, Mandya district, for the offences alleged under Sections 504, 323, 324, 354(B), 506, 448, 427 r/w 34 of IPC filed by the 2nd respondent - complainant - Smt.Latha. In addition thereto, petitioner No.4 has filed one more complaint, which is registered as FIR in Crime No.234/2023 against Smt.Latha and others, who is the complainant
- 2nd respondent in Crl.P.No.438/2025.
5. Learned counsel for both the parties submit that both the petitions may be allowed and proceedings against them may be quashed. The said submission is placed on record.
6. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the submissions made by learned counsel for both the parties, I pass the following:
ORDER
(i) Both Crl.P.No.438/2025 and Crl.P.No.1310/2024 are hereby allowed.-7-

(ii) The proceedings in C.C.No.206/2024 arising out of Crime No.205/2023 registered by the 1st respondent - Police for the offences punishable under Sections 504, 323, 324, 354(B), 506, 448, 427 r/w 34 of IPC, pending on the file of Civil Judge (Sr.Dn) & JMFC, Pandavapura, Mandya district, insofar as the petitioners are concerned are hereby quashed.
(iii) All further proceedings arising out of Crime No.234/2023 registered by the 1st respondent - Police for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 504, 448, 323, 324, 114, 354(B), 506, 149 of IPC, pending on the file of Civil Judge (Sr.Dn) & JMFC, Pandavapura, Mandya district, insofar as the petitioners are concerned are hereby quashed.
