Section 43(2) in Securities and Exchange Board of India (Employees' Service) Regulations, 2001
(2)In case an employee is absent from duty on account of quarantine, the Board may, at the request of the employee, treat such absence upto a maximum of 90 days as ordinary, sick or special leave if such leave is otherwise permissible. Special leave under the sub-regulation may be availed of even if ordinary leave is admissible.
