Section 30(3) in The Bombay Homoeopathic Practitioners' Act, 1959
(3)The Registrar shall place the application before the [Council] and the [Council] may direct the Registrar to call for any further information which it may deem necessary. The [Council] may also direct a local inquiry to be made by a competent person or persons authorised by it in this behalf.
