(2)When there happens in any factory any dangerous occurrence referred to in sub-rule (1), such occurrence shall be reported by the manager of the factory within five hours of its occurrence to the authorities mentioned in clauses (1) and (2) of rule 95. Such report shall be as nearly as possible in Form No. 19.Rule prescribed under sub-section (1) of section 89.
