Notice in writing shall be given to the licensing authority of intention to carry out repairs or re-decorations necessitating the use of scaffolding cradles or plant giving full details of the position thereof, if it is intended that the public shall be admitted while such scaffolding, cradles or plant are in position or in use. If the licensing authority shall so require, the premises shall be closed to the public until the work has been completed and the scaffolding, cradles and plant removed.Fees
