Section 37(4)(a) in Kamdhenu University Act, 2009

(a)On receipt of the draft from the Faculty under sub-section (3), the Academic Council may approve such draft and pass the regulations or either reject the draft or return it to the Faculty for reconsideration either in whole or in part together, with the suggestions of the Academic Council. The Academic Council shall be the final authority for the approval of such draft of regulations.
