3. Tenure of nominated members.
- The tenure of membership of Members in each category referred to in clauses (c), (d), (e) and (g) of sub-section (1) of Section 22 of the Act, shall be for three years from the date of nomination. However, the persons so nominated shall be eligible for renomination for further periods.
