% 18.08.2025
1. These petitions have been filed by the Petitioner under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ('1996 Act') seeking interim directions.
2. On 11.08.2025, Court had recorded the submission of the Respondent that the petitions have been rendered infructuous on account of the fact that Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas vide order dated 03.06.2024 has reduced the quantities of gas allocation to the Petitioner and therefore, the security that was earlier required to be replenished stood reduced and Respondent is now sufficiently secured with the existing security.
