Section 1(2) in Punjab Relief of Indebtedness Act, 1934
(2)This Part and Parts III, IV, V, VI, VII and VIII shall extend to the whole of the Union Territory of Delhi and Part II to such areas as the Chief Commissioner may from time to time, by notification, direct.
