Section 181(1) in The Rajasthan Law And Judicial Department Manual, 1952
(1)When an application to sue or to appeal in forma pauperis is filed in court, notice is given to the Government Pleader under rule 6 of Order XXXIII or rule 1 of Order XLIV of the first schedule to the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, (V of 1908), as the case may be.
