Section 13(2) in The Rajasthan Money-Lenders Act, 1963
(2)Alongwith such application the said person shall deposit such amount not exceeding one hundred rupees as the [Assistant Registrar] [Substituted, by Rajasthan Act No. 6 of 1993, w.e.f. 9-12-1993.] may deem fit.
