75. Permit for temporary possession of manufactured fireworks in excess of the licensed quantity
.-A permit for a period not exceeding thirty days may be granted by the licensing authority to a licensee for fireworks shop to possess one-third in excess of the licensed quantity on receipt of fees as prescribed under Part 2 of Schedule IV:Provided that adequate floor area to accommodate excess storage is available in such shop.
