Section 3(4)(ii) in Chhattisgarh Minerals (Mining, Transportation and Storage) Rules, 2009

(ii)The driver of the vehicle carrying the mineral shall present the relevant documents related to mineral transportation to the Authorised Officer on demand during the transportation and co-operate him in inspection.
