Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India,
seeking for the issuance of Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records relating
to the impugned show cause notice in TNPLSS/SCN1/MCD/2019-20 dated
07.11.2019 and consequential impugned enquiry notice in
TNPLSS/ENQ1/MCD/2019-20, dated 14.11.2019 issued by the 2nd
respondent and quash the same.

ORDER
The petitioner, a Secondary Grade Teacher in TNPL School, has filed this writ petition as against the show cause notice dated 07.11.2019 issued by the 2nd respondent and the enquiry notice dated 14.11.2019 issued by the 2nd respondent. This Court has entertained this writ petition, admitted it and granted an order of interim stay on 25.11.2019.

2. When this writ petition was taken up for hearing on 27.11.2024, a representation was made by another counsel on behalf of the petitioner for withdrawing this writ petition. This Court has insisted for appearance of the learned counsel on record for the petitioner before this Court. But, the learned counsel on record did not appear before this Court. A letter dated 27.11.2024 has been circulated in the name of the learned counsel on record for the petitioner. But, the signature of Ms.D.Rukmani found in the writ petition papers and vakalath is different from the signature found in the letter dated 27.11.2024. Therefore, this Court, by order dated 27.11.2024 directed the Registry to verify the same and file a report.
3. Pursuant to the direction of this Court, the Registry has conducted an enquiry and submitted a report before this Court. A perusal of the report reveals that some mistake has been committed in filing this writ petition in a casual manner. Further, probing of this matter would affect the career of the counsel. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to pass any order for further probe into this matter.

4. The petitioner is also present before this Court. The petitioner states that she is inclined to withdraw this writ petition and she has also given a letter to that effect. Since the petitioner herself is withdrawing the writ petition, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
5. The counsels must realize that they are having certain responsibilities towards this Institution. The reputation of this Institution lies on every member of this Institution. The Advocates are considered to be one of a pillar of this Institution. Whenever they are enjoying the privilege, they must also understand their responsibilities towards this Institution. The Bar Associations have to advise their members about their responsibilities towards this institution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
