Section 1 in Tamil Nadu Legislature (Prevention of Disqualification) Act, 1967

1. Short title and commencement.

(1)This Act may be called the [Tamil Nadu] [Substituted by the Tamil Nadu Adaptation of Laws Order, 1970.] Legislature (Prevention of Disqualification) Act, 1967.
(2)It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of April 1964.
