               WRIT PETITION No.25509 of 2024

ORDER:

Heard Sri Mullangi Rami Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri L. Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents. Perused the record.

2. Petitioner No.1 herein is claiming that he is the absolute owner and possessor of land admeasuring Ac.3-15 guntas in Sy.No.139/A/1 and petitioner No.2 herein is also claiming that he is the absolute owner and possessor of land admeasuring Ac.3-15 guntas in Sy.No.139/A/2, total admeasuring 6-30 guntas, situated at Maheshwaram Village and Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. Their names were also mutated in the Revenue records and Old Pattadar Passbooks. Even then, their vendors vendors names were reflected in the Dharani Portal, they have filed online applications bearing Nos.2400089148 and 2400089156, dated 29.08.2024 with respondent No.2 with a request to update their names in Dharani Portal and issue E- Pattadar Passbooks. In proof of the same, they have filed Old Pattadar Passbooks and Link Documents, Mutation proceedings of Old Pattadar Passbooks. Despite receiving and 2 acknowledging the said online applications, respondent No.2 did not act upon the same. Therefore, the present writ petition.

3. Whereas, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, would submit that respondent No.2 will consider the said online application and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law.

In the light of the aforesaid discussion, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing respondent No.2 to consider the said online applications bearing Nos.2400089148 and 2400089156, dated 29.08.2024 and pass appropriate orders, strictly in accordance with law, by putting the petitioners on notice and affording them an opportunity. If respondent No.2 is not inclined to accept the request made by the petitioners, he shall pass a reasoned order, communicate copy of the said order to the petitioners and complete the said exercise within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no orders as to costs.

As a sequel, thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
