Section 10 in Punjab Preservation of Subsoil Water Act, 2009
10. Protection for actions taken in good faith.
- No suit, prosecution or legal proceedings shall lie against the State Government or its officer or employee for anything, which is done or intended to be done in good faith under this Act.
