Section 4(ii) in The Assam Urban Areas Rent Control Rules, 1969
(ii)a suit or proceeding as referred to in sub-section (1) of Section 5 of the Act, ad valorem court-fee shall be paid in accordance with the appropriate provisions of the Court Fee Act, 1870 (Act VII of 1870), as amended;
