Section 12(2)(a) in Kelavarapalli Reservoir Scheme (Acquisition of Land) Act, 1987

(a)if the person making it was present or represented before the prescribed authority at the time when he made the order under sub-section (6) of section 6, within six weeks from the date of the said order;
