Section 20(1) in Meghalaya Community Participation and Public Services Social Audit Act, 2017
(1)If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the State Government may, as occasion arises, by order, do anything which appears to it be necessary or expedient to remove difficulty.
