Section 22 in The Orissa Forest Shooting Rules, 1973
22. Appeal.
- An appeal from any order passed by the Divisional Forest Officer under any of the preceding rules shall lie to the Conservator of Forests and from that passed by the Conservator of Forests to the Chief Conservator of Forests whose decision shall be final.
