Section 30(2) in The Mineral Conservation and Development Rules, 2017
(2)The holder of a mining lease shall send to the authorised officer, as the case may be, and the State Government a notice in Form F of the Schedule intimating his intention to commence the stoping of any vein, lode, reef or mineral deposit, so as to reach them at least sixty days before the date of commencement of such operations.
