ORDER
FACTS:
1. The appellant sought information concerning to grant of higher pension to the first batch of 33 employees of M/s. Anglo French Textiles, Puducherry along with their form-10, quantum of pension amount entitled to the appellant as an employee etc. through 12 points. The CPIO provided information and explanation on majority of them. The FAA on 27.04.2018 directed the concerned authority to procure the information from compliance, accounts and pension wing and the same be provided to the appellant within 45 days. Being dissatisfied, the appellant approached this Commission.

2. The Commission upon hearing the submissions of both the parties directs the respondent authority to provide complete, point-wise and revised information, within 10 days from the date of receipt of this Order. Disposed of.
