Section 17(1) in The Wild Life (Protection) (Orissa) Rules, 1974
(1)The special game hunting licence and the big game hunting licence shall specify -(a)the number of animals of any species,(b)the sex, and(c)the minimum and maximum size of each specimen that could be hunted.
