Section 25 in The M.P. Gram Sabha (Procedure of Meeting of the Committees, Conduct of Business and Allied Matters) Rules, 2005

25. Repeal and Saving.

- All rules corresponding lo these rules including Madhya Pradesh Gram Sabha (Procedure of Committees Meeting, Conduct of Business and Allied Matters) Rules, 2001 and in force immediately before the commencement of these rules are hereby repealed in respect of the matters covered by these rules :Provided that any order made or any action taken under the rules so repealed, shall be deemed to have been made or taken under the corresponding provisions of these rules.Form 1[See Rule 15]Notice of meeting of Gram Nirman Samiti/ Gram Vikas Samiti of Gram SabhaNotice is hereby given to all members of Gram Nirman Samiti/ Gram Vikas Samiti of Gram Sabha that the meeting of the Samiti shall be held on the following date, place and time :-(i)Date of meeting(ii)Place of meeting(iii)Time of meeting
(2)The quorum for the meeting of the Samiti shall be by more than half of the total members of the Samiti. The meeting shall be adjourned for want of quorum. The adjourned meeting shall be held at the same place after half an hour for which quorum shall be necessary. In case of no quorum a next date shall be fixed.
(3)With the previous permission of the President of the Samiti, any member who desires to raise any matter or to suggest anything in the meeting he shall intimate the Secretary in writing within three days from the date of notice of the meeting.
