Section 15 in Himachal Pradesh Home Guards Act, 1968
15. Members of the Home Guards to be public servant.
- Members of Home Guards acting under this Act shall be deemed to be public servants with the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, (45 of 1866).
