Parimal Singh Prajapati vs The State Of Madhya Pradesh Department ... on 13 August, 2015

                                     1 W.P.No. 5321/2015(S)

(Parimal Singh Prajapati Vs. State of M.P. )
        13/08/2015
Shri Narrottam Sharma, Advocate for the petitioner.
Shri R.P.Gupta, GA for the respondents/State.

By this petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has approached this Court with the grievance that though he has made representations (Annexure P/5 and P/6) against the adverse remarks for the year 2006-07, 2007-08, 2008-09 and 2009- 10; however, same have not been so far adverted to and according to him respondent No. 1 is sitting tight over the matter due to which his promotional prospects are being seriously prejudiced and jeopardized.

Under such circumstances, petitioner has made a limited prayer for direction to respondent to decide his pending representation.

Prayer appears to be innocuous and reasonable in nature, accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with following directions:-

"if petitioner produces the certified copy of this order annexing copy of pending representation within 10 days from today before respondent, respondent on its turn shall ensure decision on pending representation against the adverse remarks at an early date and in any case within three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order."

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
