(2)A Pilot is an employee of the Board and governed by the Kandla Port Employees (Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion) Regulations for all his service matters and, therefore, in the event of any misconduct or misbehaviour while in service liable to disciplinary proceedings under Kandla Port Employees (Classification, Control and Appeal) Regulations as amended from time to time.
