Section 177(c) in Chhattisgarh Building and Other Construction Workers' (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2008
(c)every chute(i)is constructed of sound material, adequate strength and is suitable for the purpose it is intended for use ;(ii)exceeding twelve metres in height is constructed in accordance with the design and drawings of a professional engineer for such construction and approval of the Chief Inspector;
