15. [ Authorities of University. [Section 15 was substituted by Gujarat 6 of 1973, section 10.]
- The following shall be the authorities of the University, namely:-(i)The Court,(ii)The Executive Council,(iii)The Academic Council,(iv)The Faculties,(v)The Boards of University Teaching and Research,(vi)The Boards of Studies,(vii)The Board of Extra-Mural Studies,(viii)The Board for Students' Welfare,(ix)The Board for Hostels' Management,(x)The Academic Planning Board,(xi)Such other bodies of the University as may be declared by the Statutes to be the authorities of the University.]
