Section 40(1)(c) in Oriental Bank of Commerce (Employees') Pension Regulations, 1995

(c)In the case of parents the family pension payable shall be discontinued/not admissible if the income of one of the parents or the aggregate income of both the parents from employment in Government/private sector/self-employment etc. exceeds Rs 2550/- per month.
