1. We have heard learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner at a considerable length and carefully perused the material placed on record.

In the peculiar facts and circumstances of this case, we are not inclined to interfere with the directions issued by the Digitally signed by SATISH KUMAR YADAV Date: 2025.04.05 16:04:17 IST Reason: Division Bench of the High Court vide impugned judgment dated 05.02.2025.
3. The Special Leave Petitions are, accordingly, dismissed.
24. However, in the interest of all concerned, we request the High Court to take up S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 17423 of 2024, or any other connected Writ Petition, with an endeavour to decide the same expeditiously, and if need be, on an out-of-turn basis.
5. Similarly, we also grant liberty to the petitioner- financial institution to initiate coercive action against respondent Nos.5 and 6, in accordance with law.
6. It goes without saying that respondent Nos.5 and 6 are prima facie guilty of not only duping the petitioner-financial institution but also the home-buyers.
7. We hope and trust that on being apprised with all the material and relevant facts, the State Police will swing into action and take some remedial measures in accordance with law at the earliest.
8. The parties will be at liberty to raise their respective contentions before the learned Single Judge of the High Court.
9. As a sequel to the above, the pending interlocutory applications also stand disposed of.
